Responsibilities:
1. Provides customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations and communications
2. Ensures that good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively and in accordance with the consumer laws
3. Develops organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers
4. Develops improvement plans in response to customer surveys
Qualifications:
5. Have a good understanding of the type of manufacturing processes, materials and procedures involved in the FO> product range. Have the capability to relate to these processes when dealing with client quotations and expectations.
6. Capable of understanding technical drawings, data sheets and specification documents.
7. Confident and effective communicator; written & oral, able to communicate professionally with customers, colleagues and peers at all levels.
8. Able to quickly take ownership of customer requirements and using own initiative, make decisions and problem solve using the tools and resources available.
9. All round team player, able to integrate with the team and offer support and communicate well both within and outside the department.
10. Self-motivated, be able to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines.
11. Attention to detail; be able to work with figures and calculations accurately.
12. Excellent organization and time-management skills.
13. Confident and very competent user of the standard Microsoft Office packages. SAP experience an asset.
14. The customer base is international, and a foreign language is an asset.
