We are pleased to be recruiting a Toolmaker for our international client in the Tredegar area.
Job Purpose
Working as part of the Toolroom team responsible for servicing and maintenance of all injection moulding and press tools on site.
Activities & Responsibilities
1. Support Tooling engineer in achieving all maintenance tasks on tooling.
2. Carry out maintenance health and safety, environmental tasks - Planned maintenance, predictive maintenance, autonomous maintenance, kaizen.
3. Support the team in updating various spreadsheets (weekly maintenance workload, team efficiencies).
Education & Qualifications
Must have undertaken a 4 year indentured apprenticeship City & Guilds or O.N.C in mechanical or electrical engineering is a benefit.
This is a days regular role offering a competitive salary.
