We are now looking for energetic Field Service Engineers to join us and help scale the business:
What You Will Be Doing
* This is a site based role with some home based working required and occasional attendance in our central London office
* Over seeing contractors during on site installation and maintenance activities
* Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems while observing all statutory and legal requirements
* On site commissioning and remote support to manage comms with CKs operating systems
* Run tests on electrical components to ensure a safe and effective installation
* Inspect electrical systems and equipment for any damage, malfunctions, and safety hazards
* Provide professional assessments and advice for customers whilst in the field
* Fault finding and diagnosis and reporting
* Provide support on research and development testing activities
* Complete full and detailed site surveys
* Custom circuit design
* Ensuring all accidents, incidents, near misses and non-conformances are fully reported
Requirements
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Qualified electrician, with experience in the highways sector, domestic and commercial 3 phase work
* NVQ Level 3 Electrotechnical Qualification
* 18th Edition
* EV qualifications (preferred but not essential)
* At least 5 years experience as a qualified electrician
* A professional approach to all aspects of work
* Full clean valid UK driving licence (proof of zero penalties and no previous convictions essential)
* An understanding of industry governance and compliance
* EV Car charging experience (preferred but not essential)
* Comfortable with basic software set ups of our chargers and use of IT equipment – training will be given if required.
* Experience with data cabling, GSM, metering advantageous
Preferred Skills and Experience (Preferred)
* ECS/CSCS Card
* SMSTS qualified
