Package: £25.5K Basic Salary + Commission (£40K OTE Year 1, £60K OTE Year 2, £80K + OTE Year 3)

Education Recruitment is a dynamic sales role in which you act as the vital link between Schools and Educators. You will build relationships both on the phone and in person. You will be tasked with sourcing the best Educators for a range of schools and roles, converse with candidates and qualifying them thoroughly, before guiding them through the interview process and eventually closing the deal and negotiating contracts.
Like any role, Recruitment has its ups and downs, but the rewards are unrivalled. You will earn uncapped commission on the placements you make, on top of an already competitive basic salary. You will work towards targets and deadlines in a fast paced environment, earning promotions as you do in one of the fastest growing industries in the world.

The role:
Identifying and recruiting Teachers & Support Staff
Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
Advertising roles and sourcing candidates through a variety of methods
Screening CV's and conducting initial interviews
Sales calls and meetings
Providing support and guidance to clients and candidates throughout the process
