You will independently manage a number of contracts and deliver across a portfolio of energy/carbon related Solutions services (and products) In line with business requirements whilst using broad and deep knowledge in a field of technical expertise to deliver against business requirements, primarily to act as the lead solutions subject matter expert for all CCA / EII and Min Met related activity.
•Engineering or relevant technical degree essential
•Strong analytical and numerical skills with experience of analysing and interpreting large amounts of complex data, and communicating findings in report format
•Excellent project management skills to ensure high quality service delivery
•Experience working in a business-to-business consultancy, where you have performed the role of ‘trusted advisor’, providing support, advice, and delivery to a very high standard.
•A specialised technical discipline such as electrical engineering would be desirable
•Experience working independently against a portfolio of different projects, achieving specified deliverables against set timescales, whilst ensuring time spent is to budgetary requirements
•An understanding of utility sector and current legislation relating to the role would be beneficial
•A working knowledge of legislation and services related to energy, for example, energy management, energy audits
•Experience of measurement and verification to IPMVP or equivalent would be desirable
•Experience in energy and water management, from identification of utility savings to delivery of successful reduction programmes
•Excellent communication skills: verbal, visual, and written, with the ability to convey complex problems, improving understanding, to a variety of stakeholders from all levels of business, in an engaging manner
•Good stakeholder management skills and ability to develop, and maintain, client relationships
•A good understanding of Health and Safety legislation and how it applies to industrial environments
