Your new company My client, based in Nelson, is currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join the team. This is due to internal progression. They are a leading manufacturing company within their field, and have a brilliant reputation for providing excellent training and support to clients. The ideal candidate will have an excellent administration background and be adaptable within the workplace. Your new role Working closely with the Sales Director to ensure a smooth running of the business. Providing quotes to clients, ensuring they are kept up to date throughout the entire process. Proofreading and thoroughly checking documents are correct and accurate before sending out. Utilising the in-house system effectively. Processing orders through the online web portal. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders via email and telephone. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience within administration, including excellent communication both written and verbal. The ability to update and maintain databases. Willingness to learn new processes and work collaboratively within the team. Great attention to detail and ability to update and maintain databases. Proficient with IT, including Microsoft Packages. An ability to work well in environments. What you'll get in return Competitive salary between £25,000-£28,000. Full training and support is provided. Monday-Friday, office based.
