The role…
The role of Reporting Standards Analyst is important to us.
You’ll be working in our central Data Services and Reporting (DS&R) team, based from our head office in Crewe, Cheshire.
This is a key role in our data strategy to ensure we get maximum value of our approved reporting and datasets, by aligning our internal teams and analysts to single sources of truth and consistent reporting.
As Reporting Standards Analyst, you will be responsible for the user engagement, change management and adoption of approved reporting and metrics once datasets and reports have been built and signed off.
You will be an experienced BI or Data Analyst together with excellent stakeholder management skills, a strategic mindset and be comfortable aligning multiple requirements from different teams into single aligned solutions.
Your responsibilities will include…
Your work will support the DS&R mission through the following key responsibilities:
* Own and curate the Radius Data Dictionary to provide a clear guide for metric definitions used in all approved reporting and datasets.
* Drive the adoption of certified reports with the strategic aim of minimising the need for manual self-serving and further data manipulation.
* Engage with multiple teams and analysts and influence stakeholders to move from local, manual reports to aligned, automated Group wide reporting.
What do we expect of you?
This role could be ideal if you have a background as a BI Analyst or Data Analyst.
We’ll be looking for you to bring the following experience and attributes:
* Experience of working hands on with complex data sets, ideally using SQL and visualisation tools such as Tableau.
* Experience of stakeholder management and running workshops and other techniques to understand business processes and gather requirements.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the knack for translating business requirements into technical solutions.
* Experience with Salesforce is preferred as a lot of our daily reporting is accessed here, however training can be provided if relevant experience can be demonstrated in other systems.
* Strategic mindset and business acumen with a desire to understand how Radius operates.
What can you expect of us?
Your impact on Radius will be rewarded with the opportunity to develop and progress your career in many directions.
You’ll also have access to our competitive reward and benefits package, which includes:
* Performance-related bonus scheme
* Pension
* Life assurance
* Electric Vehicle scheme
* Employee assistance programme
* Wellness and healthcare assistance via ‘Help@Hand’ by Unum
* ‘Cycle to work’ scheme
* Free breakfast daily in the office
And of course, you will be part of a modern purpose-built space in Crewe that will provide you with an outstanding working environment complete with an onsite gym, café, games areas, and more!
