Join Our Team as a Customer Support Advisor (working on a 12 month fixed term contract) Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of a busy sales environment? We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Support Advisor, where you'll play a key role in managing customer orders. Key Responsibilities/Duties: Always promote Health & Safety in the workplace, displaying excellent personal safety and challenging others when unsafe behaviour is observed. The ability to manage time and tasks effectively within a busy sales environment Accurately process a minimum of 23 orders per day in line with the expected error rate target Work as part of a collective team to ensure that where possible all orders are processed at the end of the day regardless of area To manage at least 25 calls per day, both incoming and outgoing. Offer telephone support to reception Proficient in using EDI systems and sales platforms ideally in Microsoft dynamics Support and co-ordinate a dedicated sales area, including management of orders through the production process, keeping customers informed of any changes to their deliveries Manage any after sales issues, including complaints and customer queries in a timely and efficient manner Ensure that customer service is maintained by co-ordinating queries and responding promptly, in the best interests of the customer and the business Co-ordinate and follow stock returns procedure and complete goods returns as necessary Provide relevant product knowledge to be able to answer queries to customers and in-house. Where needed seek further support from internal departments Active account support for low spending accounts, to drive sales growth.
