The Role
As a Change and Training Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the Global Change & Communications Lead to support the successful roll-out and adoption of a new Services Procurement (SP) solution across the business. This is a highly impactful role with exposure to key stakeholders and a chance to drive change across a global organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Change Impact Analysis: Assist in analysing the impact of change to shape core messaging.
* Audience Definition: Identify key audiences, including sponsors, multi-functional stakeholders, and impacted users.
* Communications Planning: Help define messaging and plan communication strategies to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Content Creation: Write clear, concise communications for distribution via meetings, cascades, and mass emails.
* Training Development: Create engaging training materials for users, utilising our innovative Avatar-based presentation tool, Synthesia.
* Training Delivery: Develop and manage training plans and sessions, collaborating with partners to ensure active participation and input.
* SharePoint Management: Oversee the training site on SharePoint, ensuring content is current, accessible, and consistently promoted.
Key Skills and Experience:
We’re looking for a candidate with a solid understanding of change management and project management principles; hands-on experience in these areas is essential.
* Experience in Training: Proven track record in creating and delivering training materials, especially in the context of IT systems or technology adoption.
* Vendor Management Systems: Knowledge of Beeline or similar systems (e.g., vendor management tools) is advantageous but not essential.
* Services Procurement Programs: Experience with Managed Service Provider (MSP) or contractor services procurement programs is beneficial but not a requirement.
* Understanding of SoW: Familiarity with Statement of Work (SoW) documents is highly beneficial.

* Remote Work Comfort: The role will be predominantly remote, with a team based across Europe and the US.
