Front Office Supervisor
The Delta Hotels by Marriott Bristol City Centre has an opportunity for a Reception supervisor to join our Front Office team.
The four star award-winning Delta Hotels by Marriott Bristol City Centre is ideally located in the heart of Bristol near Cabot Circus, and is the destination of choice for business travelers and tourists alike.

This role is paid at £13.67 per hour.
Main Duties-
1. Follow Brand Standards in all aspects of the job role
2. Promoting a welcoming environment
3. Assist in HR related duties including reviews, recruitment and payroll
4. To be the person on duty for the hotel when required
5. To ensure all guest complaints are followed up and dealt with professionally and efficiently.
6. To upskill and develop all associates
What do you need to apply?
We look for enthusiasm, ability to adapt, well presented, excellent customer service skills and flexibility to work all shift patterns. It is essential you have reception experience within a hotel of similar size. Supervisory skills are desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
