Fleet Recharge Administrator is required to ensure all in-life recharge costs are sent to the customer for a purchase order number within a timely manner and chased until provided. Ensure recharge is charged in line with our agreed internal KPI; details of the costs to recharge will be provided by the Maintenance Controllers via the R2C platform. Assist with recharge queries and data cleanse activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handling inbound calls and email queries relating to recharge jobs
2. Ensure pro-formas are sent out promptly with the correct supporting evidence where required
3. Checking all pro-formas are correct and easy to understand for the customer
4. Ensure the recharge process is followed and invoiced correctly
5. Build relationships with customers providing excellent customer service
6. Where we have unique requirements for customers, ensure these are followed
7. Ensure charges are agreed with the customer and a P/O is obtained prior to invoicing
8. Work to KPI targets such as invoicing with a PO, trail of pending recharges and mark up being applied
9. Liase with maintenance controllers and engineers when customers have any queries or disputes and push for resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction is met
10. Manage the credit control queries
11. Support the manager with data cleanse activities and reporting as required
12. Raise any concerns or new suggestions to supervisor for continuous improvements
13. Supporting the PCN team and provide cover as required
