Key Responsibilities Provide vision, direction, and guidance to senior leaders across the organisation and the People & Culture team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Deliver cultural and behavioural change, partnering with the executive team to transition the People & Culture team into a strategic, business-focused function. Evaluate and enhance current People & Culture processes, implementing streamlined and automated systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Lead on recruitment, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and knowledge transfer strategies to attract and retain top talent. Design programs to upskill, engage, and develop our people in alignment with organisational goals. Drive organisational change with clear communication, stakeholder engagement, and training initiatives. Leverage analytics to inform decision-making, monitor People & Culture effectiveness, and support strategic workforce planning. Ensure all policies and practices meet legal requirements and promote a fair, inclusive work environment. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure People & Culture initiatives align with our strategic objectives. Stay ahead of emerging HR trends and introduce innovative solutions to enhance People & Culture operations. Proven ability to lead and manage multiple managers, including those with both direct and indirect reports, while building a collaborative and high-performing leadership structure across diverse teams. About You You will bring significant experience in senior HR leadership roles, particularly within complex, multi-sited organisations. You’ll be a skilled change leader, comfortable navigating the complexities of transitioning a transactional People & Culture function into a strategic, business-partnering model. We’re looking for someone who is: A strategic thinker with in-depth HR knowledge and proven experience driving transformation. Experienced in organisational change and cultural transformation. A confident leader with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence at all levels. Proficient in HR systems, technology, and data analytics. Passionate about creating a fair and inclusive workplace that reflects our values and behaviours. Holds a CIPD Level 7 qualification (or equivalent), demonstrating advanced knowledge and expertise in HR strategy, leadership, and organisational development.
