About the BSEM Team
The Berry Street Education Model is an approach which provides schools and allied service organisations with the training, curriculum and strategies to engage students. It equips schools to promote cognitive and behavioural change through trauma-informed strengths-based strategies, thereby engaging students in learning and progressing their academic achievement.
We offer a suite of structured professional development, consultation and mentoring programs for school leaders and teachers and the Berry Street Education Model has now been adopted by mainstream and specialist schools.
The Opportunity
* Full time, permanent role
* Base Salary $74k-$81k pa + Super & Salary Packaging
The Business Development Administrator role is a newly created position to support the BSEM growth strategy. Providing timely and high-quality customer service with internal and external clients is essential. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with School Engagement Consultants, Business Development Consultants, Operations and Training team.
The role of the Business Development Administrator includes:
* Supporting the growth strategy of the Berry Street Education Model
* Scheduling events, sending training agreements and supporting the delivery of BSEM services
* Providing high-level administration duties, including maintaining the BSEM Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database, data entry and data uploads
* Supporting conference and event preparation
* Maintaining process manuals and other support tasks as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have experience working in a training/education setting and/or experience with administrative support.
A minimum Cert IV in administration or business-related courses is required for this role.
The role is a mix of hybrid and working from our Preston office.
