The digital marketing, CRM and data team are pivotal in the delivery of our business strategy by leading and developing HCA UK’s digital and online work. This covers numerous areas including increasing HCA UK’s digital maturity, conceptualizing, and delivering on our content strategy as well as our online engagement culture and practices. It’s an exciting time to join the Digital team, having established our next five-year business strategy, our team is underway turning that strategy into an effective program of digital work. This role contributes greatly to our patient experience and overall perception as the UK largest private healthcare provider. As an Email Marketing Specialist you’ll develop, implement and optimize email marketing strategies to help reach and connect with our target audiences. This will include email content creation, email scheduling, list segmentation, email delivery and performance analysis to drive conversions and foster strong relationships with our customers. You will also work with our performance marketing colleagues to analyse data insights to optimize campaigns, improve engagement and drive measurable results. What you’ll do: Create engaging content and email marketing strategies to increase patient engagement and the HCA Healthcare UK growth within our target audiences. Offer customer communication strategies in relation to events and event management. Be a subject matter expert in Dotdigital (or very similar) providing training, information, advice and guidance to team colleagues, internal stakeholders Work collaboratively with the marketing and facility teams in capturing and translating requirements into high quality deliverables and determining forward thinking strategies. Create and distribute reports within CRM, PowerBI and PowerPoint showcasing the power of data analysis and insight that can be derived from our systems. Keep up to date on the latest email marketing trends, best practice and sharing this knowledge with the BD and Marketing team. Segment and manage email lists, ensuring accurate targeting and personalized communication based on customer demographics, preferences and behaviour. What you’ll bring: Demonstrative career experience working within email marketing or direct response marketing in B2B B2C markets. A creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging email content. Demonstrable experience and knowledge of acquisition and retention marketing techniques both online and offline. Experience with marketing automation, building omni-channel customer journeys. Advanced knowledge of ESPs particularly Dotdigital. Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email template customisation. accustomed to A/B testing. Knowledge of SQL - able to run queries to extract data from multiple systems (Desirable but not essential) Able to segment and manage email lists, ensuring accurate targeting and personalized communication based on customer demographics, preferences and behaviour. A proficient user of CRM systems (ideally MS Dynamics), PowerBI and exceptional excel skills. Relevant degree in marketing, communications or business administration. Demonstrative experience in email metrics and campaign performance, used to analysing data and providing recommendations to otimise performance. Expectational communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at all levels. Why HCA UK?
