Are you ready to kickstart your career in project management? As GRAHAM continues to expand, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support our Senior Project Manager in the successful delivery of construction/build projects in Northern Ireland.
What You’ll Do:
1. Assist in Project Planning: Support the Senior Project Manager in planning and scheduling project timelines.
2. Resource Coordination: Help manage project resources, including materials and subcontractors.
3. Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to company procedures and statutory obligations.
4. Quality Control: Assist in maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship on site.
5. Reporting: Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
6. Communication: Facilitate effective communication between the project team, clients, and other stakeholders.
7. Meeting Participation: Attend project meetings and assist in compiling progress reports.
8. Innovation: Suggest improvements and innovations to enhance project delivery.
9. Support Functions: Assist the commercial team with procurement and cost management tasks.
10. Promotion: Positively represent and promote the company in all interactions.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Experience: Some experience in a project management or related role.
2. Skills: Strong organisational and communication skills.
3. Technical Knowledge: A good understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
4. Health and Safety: Awareness of statutory health and safety requirements.
