Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons tailored to the needs of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
* Create an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment that supports individual learning and development.
* Work collaboratively with SENCOs, teaching assistants, and other professionals to provide personalised learning strategies.
* Monitor student progress and provide effective feedback to support their educational journey.
* Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to learning.
* Contribute to the wider school community and uphold the values and ethos of the Multi Academy Trust.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience working with children with SEN in a classroom setting.
* A strong understanding of SEN teaching strategies and the ability to adapt teaching methods accordingly.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A passion for supporting and inspiring students with diverse learning needs.
* Strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
