On behalf of our client, King Contract Services (KCS) is looking for a hands-on Installation Manager with a strong leadership style and the drive to "push the job on." This is a dynamic and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who thrives in a coal-face environment and is ready to hit the ground running. This is a temporary role in Central London expected to last 2-3 weeks.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in managing on-site operations, ensuring smooth project progression.
2. Ability to lead and motivate teams to deliver on tight deadlines.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
To be considered for this role, candidates should:
1. Have previous experience in a similar role
2. Possess a current, valid CSCS card and an SMSTS ticket
3. Have a background in Facades Installation
As an Installation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring project milestones are met, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Your main focus will be driving the job forward, identifying and resolving any potential blockers, and ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.
