Our client provides exceptional legal services to their clients and is currently seeking a friendly and organised Legal Receptionist to join their team on a full-time basis.
Job Description: As a Legal Receptionist / Secretary, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Greeting clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanour.
* Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
* Managing the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming.
* Scheduling appointments and maintaining the firm's calendar.
* Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
* Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
* Providing general support to the legal team as needed.
Qualifications:
* Legal background
* Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in a legal setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
