About the role:
The Bid Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the creation of bid proposals, ensuring they meet all client requirements while effectively showcasing the company’s value propositions. This position involves coordinating all stakeholders in the bid process, ensuring that everyone understands their responsibilities and is aligned with the project deadlines.
The Bid Manager will oversee the timely delivery of high-quality bids, ensuring they are both complete and accurate. This includes managing the production of clear, concise, and compelling documentation and presentations. Additionally, the Bid Manager will collaborate with design teams to ensure that all bid materials meet the highest visual standards, creating engaging content for the client.
Working closely with the Bid Coordinator and the project Commercial Lead, the Bid Manager will help develop and refine the structure of internal bid proposals. This includes reviewing and editing previously written content, contributing to the creation of written bid responses, and assisting with the development of presentations and other supporting materials.
