About the Apprenticeship
Our structured Engineering Apprentice Programme provides opportunities for personal development and technical training to support your early career in the construction engineering industry. You will access structured training and practical experience to support our projects, with a view to becoming a registered professional engineer after the completion of your apprenticeship.
What will you be doing as an Electro-Mechanical Engineer?
To support the engineering and operational requirements of modern integrated process plant and services from design, procurement, manufacturing, testing, installation, maintenance, replacement, commissioning, and decommissioning of nuclear plants and supporting infrastructure.
Roles include: Project Engineer, Technical Engineer, Construction Engineer, Commissioning Engineer.
In your daily work, you will interact with various stakeholders in engineering projects and may be a key figure in integrating with different teams.
What qualifications and attributes are required?
3 A-Levels grades C or above or equivalent (one being Maths or Maths equivalent).
You will need the ability to:
* Work well within clear guidelines and produce required results within your role.
* Assess simple data within company guidelines, policies, and procedures.
* Communicate positively with clarity and understanding.
* Show a positive attitude to change.
* Contribute to the overall team objectives.
