Job summary The Wakefield 0-19 Service have an exciting opportunity for the position of 5-19 clinical lead. Integral to the 0-19, this post holder is responsible for providing clinical leadership and management to the 5-19 team, ensuring delivery of excellence in clinical practice, through implementation of evidence-based interventions. To ensure delivery of a Service offering high-quality support, care and interventions, with appropriate and adequate clinical supervision. The post holder will support the leadership team in developing and implementing a strategic plan for the service, demonstrating and monitoring key outcomes through regular evaluation to allow for continued innovation and improvement. The role will include representing the 0-19 Service at key partnership meeting. The post holder is required to maintain and manage a reduced clinical caseload to demonstrate ongoing clinical competency.
