Job Description
* Lead, develop and implement the HR vision and strategy across the business, partnering with the senior leadership team to support the growth of the business
* Coaching leadership teams to drive excellence and high performance across their teams
* Ownership of the talent development and succession planning process - creating solutions to develop and build future leaders
* Partnering with talent acquisition to build future pipelines and strategies for retention and succession planning
* Promoting high levels of engagement through actioning feedback and implementing initiatives that drive an inclusive environment
* Supporting the business with change management and organisation design in line with business growth
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of HR should have:
* Proven experience in a similar role, working with a blue collar workforce
* A commercial and people-focused HR background in a similar level role
* Have a strong mix of strategic and operational experience
* Excellent communication skills at all levels of the business, from operational teams to senior leadership
* Strong leadership skills and ability to strategise at both business and operational levels.
* Excellent influencing and problem-solving skills
* Energy, enthusiasm and passion for driving leading HR initiatives
