Are you an experienced Senior Support Worker looking to step up into a leadership role? This organisation is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to provide high-quality care and guidance within a children's residential setting.
The Role:
1. Leading and mentoring a team of support workers to deliver outstanding care
2. Supporting children with their daily routines, emotional well-being, and personal development
3. Ensuring a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for young people
4. Working flexible shifts, including long days (8am - 11pm) and regular sleep-ins
5. Contributing to care plans and maintaining high standards of practice

What You'll Need:
1. NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Essential)
2. Full UK driving licence (Essential)

5. Strong leadership skills with a passion for supporting young people
