In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development, creation, and management of marketing campaigns for our clients. Responsibilities include implementing social media marketing tactics, creating web content, analysing web analytics, implementing SEO tactics, and, most importantly, continuously learning on the job. This role is based in Aberdeen.
Key Responsibilities:
* Content strategy development: Collaborating on creating and implementing content marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Content creating, managing and distributing: Developing, producing and managing the dissemination of high-quality content across all content channels.
* SEO: Optimising content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility and rankings.
* Editorial planning: Managing editorial calendars and ensuring timely content distribution across platforms.
* Cross-functional collaboration: Working closely with internal teams and external agencies on content creation and copywriting.
* Performance analysis: Analysing content performance and adjusting strategies accordingly.
* Brand consistency: Maintaining brand voice and messaging consistency across all content outputs.
* Continuous learning and adaptation: Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in B2B digital marketing and content creation.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.
* Excellent marketing and communication skills.
* Proficiency in web content writing.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Experience in B2B and/or professional services marketing is a plus.
* A degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is great, but not required.
* Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimisation techniques.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Understanding of B2B marketing strategies and lead generation techniques.
