Salary: Up to £14.42 P/H
Location: Yeovil, Somerset
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Please note this is a temporary position for 12 weeks, with opportunities to be extended or made permanent for the right candidate.
As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for:
1. Managing diaries, coordinating work orders.
2. Liaising with customers, internal/external departments and stakeholders.
3. Ordering supplies and stock.
4. Building professional relationships with suppliers.
5. Raising and monitoring purchase orders.
6. Maintain and update data on the system.
7. Oversee inbox's and queries.
Ideally, you will have/be:
1. Excellent IT skills.
2. Experience in using scheduling software.
3. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
4. A team player.
5. Able to build strong professional relationships.
