The Role:
As a Regional Service Manager, you will:
* Manage day-to-day operations of the South West service office, ensuring KPI targets are met
* Maintain and enhance customer relationships, conducting regular account reviews
* Lead, mentor, and support a team of field and office staff to deliver top-notch customer service
* Equip new staff with necessary tools and training, supporting them through probation and beyond
* Collaborate with internal colleagues to maintain national service account KPIs
* Oversee Service Technicians' activities to meet budgetary targets
* Improve data management and process systems in partnership with IT
* Resolve warranty and contractual issues with the contracts department
