The Claims & GFR Administrator is responsible for managing the claims process from initiation to resolution, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. This role involves meticulous documentation, communication with management, analysing and updating data Main Duties include (but are not limited to): - Prepare regular reports on claims status, trends, and GFR outcomes for meetings. - Review, verify, and process claims related to product quality, safety, and other issues. - Enter Data into excel to analysis change patterns and updates. - Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards. - Quality and stock check the pallets to ensure accuracy - Document findings and recommendations from GFR for internal records - Maintain detailed and organised records of all claims and GFR activities. - Ensure all documentation complies with legal and regulatory requirements, including food safety standards. - Communicate with management to gather necessary information and provide updates. - Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner. - Identify opportunities for process improvements in claims handling and GFR practices. - Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on industry standards and regulations.
