Senior Care Assistant Nights Part Time Neale Court Care Home in Lincoln LN6, Part of The Country Court Family
Hours: Nights 22 Hours per week, working weekends on rota (Shift Times 20:00-08:00)
Neale Court Care Home in Lincoln is a welcoming and homely environment for those with a variety of needs. The home is small and cosy, allowing us to create a real family atmosphere. Friendly and compassionate staff led by the Manager are on hand 24 hours a day to ensure that residents are safe and well looked after.

ABOUT THE SENIOR CARE ASSISTANT ROLE
Within your role as a Senior Care Assistant, you can really make a difference to our residents' lives. Your responsibilities will include:
* Aiding residents' emotional well-being and social needs
* Administration and monitoring of medications to residents
* Supporting residents at mealtime
* Mentoring & assisting new employees
* Implementing, monitoring, and reviewing care plans to meet residents' specific needs
* Planning, allocating & supervising the work of the team of care assistants

ABOUT YOU

* Experience as a Senior Care Assistant & leading a team
* Be no stranger to working night shifts
* Have a friendly & caring attitude
* Able to engage well with the residents and their families
* Have an understanding of people with Dementia
* NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willing to work towards this
* Great communication skills, both written & verbal
