Purpose of Position
We are looking for a highly motivated “IT Support Technician” to join our global team, which is spread across two headquarters in Berlin and London. As a crucial member of the “IT Support Team”, you will report to the “IT Support Team Lead” and responsible for offering top-notch assistance to all Awinners, resolving any IT-related issues they may face. Your commitment to delivering a customer-centric and efficient service will be key in this role.
This job requires on-site presence and the opportunity for some exciting business trips to other Awin offices.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
1. ??Work with the “Global IT Support Team” to deliver high-quality IT support services across all Awin Offices, ensuring ticket resolution within SLAs.
2. ?Identify root causes of recurring issues and propose solutions for process improvement.
3. ?Handle seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, addressing their IT needs. This involves setting up hardware for new hires and retrieval and secure disposal of hardware for departing employees.
4. ?Providing effective solutions for day-to-day software and hardware (Windows and MacOS) issues.
5. ?Liaising with external hardware and software vendors as needed.
6. ?Setting up and maintaining technology in meeting rooms and “All Hands” company events.
