Job Purpose:
Support children’s physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development, create a welcoming environment, partner with parents, and implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop children’s learning and monitor progress, ensuring high standards.
* Work closely with families, providing tailored support when needed.
* Lead the room, mentor staff, and manage day-to-day tasks.
* Uphold safeguarding, health, safety, and confidentiality standards.
Requirements:
* NVQ3 in Early Years (preferred) and safeguarding certification.
* Proven experience in EYFS and OFSTED settings.
* Strong understanding of EYFS, special needs, and cultural diversity.
Hours & Pay:
30 hours/week (term-time, 38 weeks), Monday – Friday, £13-£15/hr
