Our client, a leading multi-trade service provider with a strong presence across the UK, is entering an exciting phase of national growth and is looking to appoint an Area Supervisor to support their Gas and Renewables operations in the Northeast of Scotland.

The Role
As Area Supervisor, you will take responsibility for overseeing operational delivery across multiple sites, supporting engineers, and ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
You will work closely with the Contracts Manager and Planning Team, playing a key role in both day-to-day delivery and longer-term improvements in performance and compliance.
Duties will include:
Supervising gas and renewable engineers across the region
Coordinating with planning to manage and optimise workloads
Conducting site visits and compliance checks
Supporting engineers with technical queries and training
Approving timesheets, holiday requests, and managing attendance
Delivering toolbox talks and supporting ongoing development
Liaising with clients and customers to ensure satisfaction
Contributing to process improvement and operational planning
What We're Looking For
ACS Gas Qualification (essential)
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
Strong understanding of health & safety, compliance, and industry standards
Organised, proactive, and able to multitask effectively
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Comfortable leading a team and dealing with customers and stakeholders
A positive, problem-solving attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement
Experience with renewables is beneficial but not essential-training provided
