The Opportunity: We need a skilled and dynamic Project Support Administrator to join this leading engineering company on a permanent, full-time basis.
This is an opportunity for you to become a trusted point of contact and proactive team member where you will contribute to a high performing environment of technical staff and work alongside three other Administrators, so there is plenty of support and training on offer.
The Role: Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks that will see you:
* Assist and support technical teams with all administration relating to client and project delivery
* Produce and finalise project-related documents including reports, specifications, letters, schedules, and proposals
* Assist the team with diary management and meeting coordination
* Assist with the building consent application process into Council
* Prepare monthly billing/invoicing and time and cost reporting
* Upload and maintain electronic files within client management software
* Liaise with Engineering and other technical teams daily to support delivery against project deadlines
* Use various company and client software to support project and programme delivery
* Attend and record key action points/minutes at meetings
* Action and respond to phone calls, emails, and greet any visitors to the office in a professional manner
* Work alongside the wider administration team to assist with the smooth running of the office
* Provide back-up support across other duties such as coordinating catering, fleet management, and ordering of office supplies

* Previous administration or project support experience
* Confidence with preparing, formatting, and editing documents
* Accurate and efficient word-processing skills
* Technically savvy across systems such as the MS Suite, Adobe, and workflow management tools
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* A proactive, even-keeled, and flexible attitude
* An eye for detail with a focus on producing quality work
