What do we offer our Telemarketing Executives? A Generous Basic Salary: Starting at £30,000, increasing to £35,000 after probation and up to £45,000 as a senior. Uncapped Commission : Realistic OTE of £60,000, however our average earnings in the team are £72,538 and our top performers earning over £103,232 per annum.
