Job Description:
The Service Manager for Supported Accommodation is responsible for leading and managing the delivery of high-quality care and support services within a supported living environment. This role involves ensuring the safety, well-being, and empowerment of residents while adhering to regulatory and organisational standards. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure resident safety and well-being
* Managing a team of support workers to provide high-quality care and support services
* Collaborating with external agencies to ensure seamless service delivery
* Maintaining accurate records and reports as required by regulatory bodies
Requirements:
* A recognised degree in a relevant field (e.g. social work, nursing)
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a management role in the healthcare or social care sector
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Working Hours:
Full-time, 38 hours per week
