We currently have an opportunity to join East Suffolk Council's Communities Team as a Communities Manager - Partnerships. Your role: You will provide strategic support for some of our key partnerships, including the eight East Suffolk Community Partnerships and Community Partnership Board, lead delivery of the Community Partnership Annual Forum, manage Service Level Agreements with key VCFSE organisations and oversee the East Suffolk ‘Community Hubs’ programme, as well as managing some of the Communities Officers in the team and monitoring, evaluating and optimising team performance. What you will need: The successful candidate will have significant experience managing effective and high impact partnership working in the public, VCFSE sector and/or private sector. The candidate will also have experience of effectively leading and managing dispersed teams of people and working with and advising elected members. You will be collaborative, organised, an excellent communicator, problem solver and able to evidence your role in leading change. Why work for us?
