Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms
2. Screen applications and conduct initial phone screenings to shortlist candidates
3. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
4. Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback
5. Assist in organizing and attending recruitment events, such as job fairs and career days
6. Support the onboarding process for new hires
7. Prepare recruitment reports and provide actionable insights
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in recruitment is preferred
2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
5. Familiarity with applicant CRM systems is a plus
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information with discretion
