Job Title: Group Recruitment Coordinator Location: Waltham Cross Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours per week, with flexibility for additional hours as needed) Salary: £35,000 per annum, with annual pay reviews Responsibilities: Source and select candidates for operational and office roles across the Group. Collaborate with management to create job descriptions and advertisements. Manage recruitment processes, including interviews, assessments, and feedback. Utilize job boards, social media, and LinkedIn to attract top talent. Handle candidate onboarding, ensuring all documentation and checks are completed. Support recruitment events such as open days and job fairs. Requirements: Previous recruitment experience in Warehouse/Transport sectors (essential). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Excellent communication, organizational, and MS Office skills. Experience with Right to Work checks and recruitment systems.
