About the role:
This role sits in our Digital team and will involve working closely with the Senior Search Exec and Performance Director, as well as the wider Planning, Data, and channel specialists across the agency to deliver successful campaigns for our clients.
The Search Executive supports across Paid Search and Retail Search campaigns. This includes, but is not limited to:
● Supporting the Senior Search Exec with planning, building, and optimising high-performing campaigns across key platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Apple Search Ads)
● Pulling performance data and providing comprehensive, accurate, and insight-led reporting and commentary for both external clients and internal teams.
● Supporting the test & learn agenda for key accounts across areas such as audience targeting, campaign types, bid strategies, etc.
● Building strong relationships by presenting results and insights to client stakeholders.
● Completing training with media partners such as Google and Amazon in order to develop and maintain competency skills.
● Developing a strong understanding of the wider marketing mix and the role of Search in the broader landscape.
This role reports into the Performance Director who, in turn, reports into the Head of Digital.
Essential skills & experience :
● An entry-level understanding of Paid Search management, with knowledge of performance metrics
● Curiosity for learning current best practice across major Search platforms
● Experience fostering working relationships that will translate into strong client partnerships
● Analytical, numerate and commercially-minded
● An excellent multi-tasker, exceptionally well-organised, outstanding attention to detail
● A fast-thinking problem-solver, undeterred by unexpected change
● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
● Always proactive, inquisitive and positive
● A passion for media, communications and creativity
● An understanding of how Paid Search fits into the wider marketing landscape (including non-paid channels such as SEO

Remuneration:
£26,100 rising to £27,000 after 6 months and £29,000 after 12 months on the successful attainment of the KPIS set.
