Key Responsibilities: Stock: Responsible for reporting all stock levels of linen to Supervisor. Administration: Responsible for completing daily and weekly signoff tasks on cleaning schedules. To keep all learning and training up to date and to attend any statutory training. To report any maintenance issues with equipment or environment to supervisor. People Management: Responsible for maintaining and conducting oneself in a professional manner. To assist new starters with the buddying system in showing them safe and correct working practices. Responsible for reading, understanding, and complying with all relevant departmental/trust statutory policies and procedures. Training: Complete all e-learning prior to appointment of job role. Attend 3-day corporate induction upon commencement with company. Buddy up with current staff member for 2 weeks to learn job role.
