Salary: Outer London MPS/UPS + TLR for experienced candidates (£36,413 - £53,994)
Contract: Full-time and permanent
Start Date: September 2025

Teacher of Maths - key responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire the Maths department to ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning.
* Model outstanding teaching and share best practices with colleagues across the department.
* Lead professional development and mentoring for other members of the teaching team.
* Contribute to the creation and delivery of an engaging and challenging curriculum.
* Monitor and evaluate student progress, ensuring strategies are in place to address areas for improvement.
* Foster a collaborative and positive working environment within the Maths department.
* Take an active role in school-wide initiatives to improve academic standards.
* Be a key figure in fostering a love of Mathematics among students and promoting the subject across the school.
Teacher of Maths - person specification:
* UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
* Minimum of 2 years' experience teaching Maths at secondary level
* A proven track record of outstanding teaching and strong subject knowledge
* Experience in leading or mentoring colleagues, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
* A passion for Maths and a commitment to ensuring that all students reach their potential
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Ability to drive forward improvements in teaching and learning across the department
