About the role:
With lots of new product development, retailers onboarded and a mission to lead the growth of the non-electrical tools space, it is an exciting time to join in the brands growth. Therefore, we’re seeking a strategic and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our marketing team at SILKE London on a full-time basis.
As our Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising performance marketing strategies across key channels, including Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest, to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This includes campaign strategy, execution, audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance analysis to ensure all campaigns contribute to meaningful business outcomes. You will also be tasked with identifying new growth channels and opportunities to scale our brand presence.
Given our size, this role requires a multi-skilled professional comfortable managing various aspects of performance marketing, including creative testing, data analysis, and channel management. You will work closely with the creative and broader marketing teams to ensure all campaigns are aligned with our brand’s objectives and consistently deliver measurable results.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for e-commerce growth marketing, a keen eye for data-driven decision-making, and a strong understanding of consumer behaviour, particularly in the UK and US markets.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing campaigns that engage customers, promote products or services, and drive business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
* Drive Customer Acquisition: Lead the creation and execution of impactful campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest to expand our customer base and grow revenue in both the UK and US markets.
* Focus on Business Impact: Ensure every campaign makes a real difference to our commercial success, prioritising business results over vanity metrics.
* Optimise Campaigns Strategically: Fine-tune our performance marketing efforts with a focus on efficiency and impact, always staying attuned to customer behaviour and market trends.
* Performance Optimisation: Regularly analyse campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximise efficiency and hit key performance indicators. Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, targeting, and creative assets to continually refine campaign results. Implement audience segmentation strategies and leverage first-party data for highly targeted campaigns.
* Creative Thinking and Strategy: Bring innovative ideas and strategic thinking to develop engaging content that resonates with target audiences across all platforms.
* Enhance the Customer Journey: Work collaboratively across the business to refine key customer touchpoints, delivering tailored experiences for our UK and US audiences.
* Explore New Channels: Discover and test innovative marketing channels beyond our current platforms, helping us push the boundaries of our growth strategy.
* Collaborate with Creative Teams: Share actionable insights with our design team to create scroll-stopping, high-performing social ads that truly resonate with our audiences.
* Focus on Incrementality: Scrutinise campaign data to pinpoint genuine incremental gains, ensuring our investment drives meaningful growth.
* Leverage Data to Drive Decisions: Use advanced analytics to measure performance, refine attribution, and inform data-led marketing strategies that maximise ROI and customer lifetime value.
* Budget Management: Manage budgets effectively to maximise reach and conversions while maintaining a strong ROI. Provide regular forecasts and data-backed recommendations to optimise spend across all channels.
* Stay Ahead of Trends: Stay sharp by keeping up with industry innovations, emerging platforms, and competitor strategies to maintain our edge in performance marketing.
* Solve Problems Proactively: Tackle challenges head-on, offering creative solutions and executing with precision to meet our ambitious growth goals.
Successful candidates should possess strong written communication skills, proficiency in marketing automation tools, and the ability to analyse data to drive strategic decisions.
You’ll need to have:
* 3+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing roles.
* Proven expertise in platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok and Pinterest.
* Strong understanding of audience segmentation and first-party data strategies.
* Proficiency in A/B testing, campaign optimisation, and dynamic content strategies.
