Teaching Personnel are working with a dedicated SEMH and SEN school based in Bovington, who are looking for a Temporary Maths Teacher to join their team from Monday to Thursday, 8:30am–3:30pm.
About the Role:
Teaching Year 9 Maths using the White Rose scheme of learning
Delivering Functional Skills Maths to Years 10 and 11
Small class sizes – typically 8 students per class
Each class is supported by a full-time support staff member
Students are neurodiverse (SEN with autism – higher cognition) and have SEMH needs
This is an ideal role for someone with experience in specialist settings or someone who is confident differentiating and adapting their teaching to meet a range of needs.

A qualified Maths teacher (QTS/QTLS)
Someone who understands or is eager to learn about SEMH and autism
A calm, flexible, and creative approach to teaching
Able to build strong relationships and create a safe, engaging learning environment
Location: Bovington
Days: Monday to Thursday
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm
Contract: Temporary

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
