The Role Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, this role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive CRM strategy that drives customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth across all customer touchpoints. Y our key responsibilities will include: Work closely with the Head of Digital Marketing to define, develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. Manage and optimise CRM tools, systems, and platforms to deliver personalised marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Understand existing customer base, and corresponding website traffic, to effectively drive further traffic to each platform through CRM activity. Analyse and utilise customer data to identify trends, behaviours, and opportunities for growth, segmenting audiences for tailored marketing initiatives. Create and execute end-to-end process maps, building strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to drive utilisation of processes. Work closely with Sales Teams to understand internal need vs. output from CRM activities. Track, measure, and report on CRM campaign performance, providing actionable insights to continuously improve customer retention efforts. Develop a deep understanding of our customer base to suggest and implement appropriate process changes. Ensure the maintenance of an accurate and up-to-date customer database while complying with data privacy regulations (GDPR). Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in CRM, e-commerce and our competitors to ensure we are aligned with CRM best practice and stay ahead of the curve. Qualifications Essential Skills & Experience: As a people orientated organisation, candidates must demonstrate a strong match for our vibrant entrepreneurial culture and our core values; Listen, Empower, Innovate and Accomplish. Candidates should also possess the following skills and experience; Significant experience operating in a similar CRM-focused role, in a fast-paced organisation. Significant experience working with CRM systems, ideally with Microsoft D365. Demonstrable experience of driving customer conversion e.g traffic to site, response to email. Experience with Google Analytics and/or other digital analytics tools; Sound knowledge of statistical concepts related to A/B testing; [HM1] Superb organisational skills; Willing to learn and drive to succeed; High level of interpersonal communication; Fully proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook; Passionate about marketing culture; Excellent presentation skills; Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills; Both reactive and proactive to completing tasks.
