Role Overview: The Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to our executives, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role requires a meticulous, resourceful, and adaptable individual who can handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and organise executives' calendars, schedules, and appointments. - Coordinate and arrange meetings, including booking venues and preparing necessary materials. - Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. - Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence. - Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries. - Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. - Conduct research and gather information as needed. - Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and office organisation. - Support personal tasks and errands for executives as required. Qualifications/ Experience: - Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role with business leaders. - Exceptional organisational and time-management skills. - Strong verbal and written communication abilities. - Attention to detail and quality of presentation. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Discretion and confidentiality. - Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanour. - Ability to anticipate needs and think proactively. - Prepared to work flexible hours when required and possess a can-do attitude.
