HR Advisor Maternity Cover

If so, you’ve got the skills to be considered for our HR Advisor (Maternity Cover) position:
Job title: HR Advisor.
Job Type: Fixed-Term Contract until end of September 2025.
Hours: 30 - 37.5 hours a week.
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 p.a. FTE DOE.
Location: You will be working hybrid between our friendly and welcoming Portsmouth office and working from home.
As our HR Advisor you will work as part of our HR team and be the first point of contact for all HR matters. You will be providing managers with up-to-date advice on employment law, company policies, procedures, and terms and conditions of employment as well as advice for our colleagues.
During service provision transfers you will support with the TUPE process, collating employee liability information and coordinating and ensuring smooth transitions during business transfers, including preparing and managing necessary documentation.
You will be highly organised and able to effectively communicate with key stakeholders within the business both orally and in writing, excellent time management and prioritization skills and the ability to work under pressure and to set deadlines.
You will work closely with our HR Business Partner and HR Systems Officer, and you will report into the Head of HR.
This is a Fixed-Term Contract until the end of September 2025 to cover Maternity Leave.
