BlueStone Properties Inc. has been an award-winning industry leader in property management, construction, and development for three generations. We are growing and currently seeking a full-time Residential Property Administrator to join our CFAA and FRPO award-winning residential team.
SUMMARY
Working closely with our Residential Property Manager, the Residential Property Administrator will provide administrative support to the residential team by assisting with lease administration, tenant relations, accounts receivable and resident file management. The Residential Property Administrator will provide support for 16 buildings across 6 sites in London, Ontario.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Process and verify leasing applications/renewals and perform background checks
* Maintain the resident file database and ensure information is up to date
* Respond to concerns and inquiries from current and prospective residents
* Prepare resident mailings and notices
* Keep track of rent receivables and assist with unit invoicing and chargebacks
* Ensure that records are verified and stored in Yardi system (e.g. Make Ready forms, legal notices)
* Administer forms and surveys to incoming and outgoing residents
* Work collaboratively with the Residential Property Manager, Building Managers, Residential Maintenance Manager, and Residential Services Coordinator
REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
* 2 or more years of residential property management industry experience an asset
* Computer and smartphone proficiency required including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe (Yardi experience an asset)
* Excellent organizational skills, time management and attention to detail
* Strong spoken and written English
* Criminal background check required
* Must have a valid G driver’s license, access to a vehicle in good working order with minimum liability insurance of $1,000,000.
