OVERVIEW:
-This thriving organisation is seeking a Solicitor or Legal Executive experienced in managing a diverse range of employment claim cases.
-This role will involve managing employment claims of varying complexity, overseeing each case from initial instruction through to final hearing and any post:hearing requirements
-The successful candidate will efficiently advance claims, delivering precise legal guidance while managing client expectations effectively.
-In this role, you will mentor junior employment lawyers within the team, offering your expertise to support and guide them through each stage of the litigation process.
-Extensive knowledge and understanding of employment law and Employment Tribunal procedures is essential.
-The organisation offers this role on a hybrid basis, with the opportunity to work remotely for three days each week.
