Warehouse Operative Are you ready to join a dynamic team in the exciting world of electronics manufacturing? Our client, a leading organisation in the industry, is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to fill the role of Warehouse Operative. This is a permanent position paying £12.21 per hour Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00 with a half day on Friday's What You'll Do: As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards. Your key responsibilities will include: Verifying all necessary components and quantities against works orders. Ensuring component batches align with issued works orders. Completing manual assembly operations for connectors tailored to customer specifications. Continuously inspecting products for defects and promptly informing the supervisor of any rejections. Accurately labelling products with part/lot numbers and sales order information before final packing. Managing all required computer entries and documentation for customer orders. Packing goods securely to ensure their safe arrival at customer's premises. Updating computer records during packing and dispatch. Assisting in the organisation of newly received stock, ensuring correct labelling (part numbers and lot numbers) and segregating different batches. Aiding with stock checks and inventory management when requested. Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment. Performing other reasonable tasks and duties as directed by the Production & Warehouse Supervisor. What We're Looking For: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. A proactive and positive attitude. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills for documentation and record-keeping.
