About the role
* Assist Academy staff in supervising examinations and in the seating of students
* Contributing to the smooth running of the examination procedure
* Distribute examination papers and scripts
* Collect examination papers and scripts in the correct order
* Check examination room arrangements are correct, in order and set out place mats
* Distribution and collection of equipment and materials
* Ensure candidates are seated in the correct order
* Mark attendance register and sign
* Instruct candidates on examination procedure
* Commence and finish examination on time

Who we are looking for
* Educated at least to GCSE level or equivalent including English and Maths
* Administrative experience
* Enthusiastic and positive
* Well-motivated, hard working and reliable
* Full understanding of confidentiality
* Suitable to work with children
* Empathy, integrity and warmth
* Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people on a daily basis
* Positive about young people and the importance of education
