You are dedicated to achieving KPIs and consistently delivering outstanding customer service. Assume full responsibility for all store areas and team members in the absence of the Store Manager, including handling any related operational tasks. Assist the Store Manager with recruitment, staff planning, and performance evaluation. Motivate and guide the team to achieve store performance targets and KPIs. Foster and uphold a customer-centric approach to cultivate a loyal customer base. Promote the use of all available tools, ensuring procedures are executed and policies are adhered to. Stay informed about competitors and local market trends, sharing relevant insights with your Area Manager and retail team.
